So what if you have to face the “giants” of hiring freezes, lay-offs, economic downturns, and financial failures? You are well able to overcome them. God has given you His power and authority. He still owns this world and is sovereign over the workplace. It’s time for believers to act like this is the truth. There’s important work to be done for the Kingdom. So check your motives and determine what your goal is. If you want to receive your blessing so you can bless others, you’re ready to claim your victory. If you desire to be a “city set on a hill that cannot be hid” you’re positioned to succeed and bring glory to God. Align with God’s will and purposes and you cannot fail. Go into the workplace determined to win a great new job and bring the light of Christ with you. Remember that you are a conqueror and not a grasshopper!
